In a nasty spat with Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Dick Durbin (D-Ill.), Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) stormed out of Tuesday’s hearing for Supreme Court nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson, stating he wouldn’t care if terror captives from Guantanamo Bay perished in jail without trial. He questioned Jackson about her experience representing Gitmo captives in Washington, DC, and how those freed from the Cuban military jail regularly went to the battlefield to murder Americans, with some even rising to high-ranking Taliban posts. Graham also slammed far-left organizations that pushed for Jackson’s selection against Graham’s favored nominee, Palmetto State federal judge J. Michelle Childs.
